Care to Connect is an ADNH Compass wellbeing programme which provides awareness and support to mitigate mental health issues, or deal with situations affecting our people, in a compassionate and confidential manner.

Building on the principles of the Compass Group “Speak Up (We’re Listening)”, Care to Connect includes a confidential platform for our people to access one-to-one support and counselling by our in-house OHS team. 

We believe that prevention is the best defence, therefore our Occupational Health & Safety team conduct monthly awareness campaigns on key topics, as well as regular wellness sessions such as Yoga and Health Clinics. Support is free to all company employees. 

We want our people to be the best version of themselves and Care to Connect enables them to perform to high standards.

We use Actimo to send targeted and personalised messages to different groups of employees, ensuring that the right information is reaching our people at the right time.
